Arrows is a group of the Carmel Chamber dedicated to helping young professionals under 40 connect, learn and explore. The group provides the opportunity for YP Chamber members to get to know others like them in the area, learn more about their community and explore ways to be involved with the Chamber and the business community.

Arrows YP offers social networking events along with educational and professional development opportunities. Joint events with young professional groups associated with the other Hamilton County Chambers are also being planned in 2010. Events, planned and executed by a committee of the Chamber’s young professionals, are held at member businesses and are free for members and their guests.
